How to order an artwork?

What about Payment process?

Once the price and shipping are finalized, Liuba's agent will issue an invoice and request for you to complete payment electronically or through a wire. You are welcome to pay via PayPal as well as with any card accepted by this service. You have the right to cancel your order at any given time until shipping.

If your payment is not received within 7 days of placing an order and no alternative arrangements have been made your order will be cancelled.

When shipping internationally there are maybe custom fees (Customs Charges, Taxes, Additional Postal Fees) when your package arrives. The buyer is responsible for any of those fees.

I've ordered an artwork, when will I receive it?

Once the price and shipping are finalized, Liuba's agent will issue an invoice and request for you to complete payment electronically or through a wire.
All artwork are custom printed just for you and sent to Liuba's studio to be signed, dated and numbered in pencil.
Artwork are sent from Liuba's studio within 10-14 business days.

What else I will receive with artwork?

You will receive: Artwork, Certificate of Authenticity, Artist Biography, Care Instructions.

What size prints do you offer?

Limited edition photographic prints are available in 20" x 30" - 51 X 76 CM

What is the Certificate of Authenticity?

The Certificate of Authenticity provides additional information about the artwork such as the edition number, print size, medium, year the photo was taken, image of the photo and other useful information about the print. This certificate is confirming the authenticity of the limited edition and produced artworks.

What is the difference between a limited edition print and an open edition print?

A limited edition print is only available in a limited quantity. An open edition is not numbered and the quantity is not limited. Both prints are signed, only the limited edition is numbered.

Do you offer framing?

Yes. I offer framing in my signature style on all limited edition photographic prints.

I work with a local professional art framer to finish your new photographic print in my signature style.

Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Your artwork is printed to order and personally signed by Liuba in her studio before being delivered to the art framer to be custom framed and finished. It is then shipped securely in a travel box to ensure its safe delivery to your address.

What is your returns policy?

Purchases of artwork are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of artwork for change of mind.

If your artwork has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing hello@liubakostina.com for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.

Books will not be refunded for change of mind.

I like your artwork, can I use them?

Not unless you obtain permission to reproduce Liuba Kostina's artworks, email hello@liubakostina.com. It is a breach of copyright otherwise. All artworks must be credited by Liuba Kostina Photography INC. and linked to https://www.liubakostina.com if they leave this site.

Will you keep my details private?

Absolutely. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. Unless you want to receive our newsletter of course! Click here if you do.
